Terms of Service for EthicalLeader

1. Introduction

Welcome to EthicalLeader. These terms govern your use of the website ethicalleader.club and related services offered by EthicalLeader, located at 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility

Individuals or organizations accessing our content must be at least 18 years old or possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

3. Services

EthicalLeader provides community events, workshops, coaching sessions, and related support services (collectively, 'Services'). All fees are due in advance, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

4. Information Products

EthicalLeader offers digital courses, webinars, guides, and downloadable materials ('Information Products'). Delivery occurs via online access upon successful completion of payment.

5. Merchandise

Physical goods such as branded books, apparel, and conference materials ('Merchandise') are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid via the methods specified at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing details and to update any changes promptly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled Service session at least 72 hours before the start time, we will reimburse the full fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for reimbursement. You may request to reschedule a session up to two times at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

7.2 Information Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, Information Products are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing content, please Contact Us. We will review your case and may, at our discretion, provide a reimbursement or alternative access.

7.3 Merchandise

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for Merchandise. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will reimburse the product fee within 14 days. Shipping fees are not reimbursable.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule any Service, please notify us via Contact Us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit any eligibility for reimbursement.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by EthicalLeader, including text, graphics, logos, and course content, are the property of EthicalLeader. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EthicalLeader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute must be brought in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
